The initiative is designed to take cold-chain packaging beyond single-use models, emphasising reuse, recovery and recycling at every stage.
Under the programme, customers receive insulated shipping containers and inserts that are collected, inspected, cleaned and refurbished for subsequent use. Spare parts and modular components are replaceable rather than whole units being discarded—resulting in extended service life and reduced material waste. Post-service packaging is recycled through approved streams, ensuring minimal landfill contribution.
Initial trial deployments show up to 40 % reduction in packaging waste and 30 % reduction in overall cost of cold-chain materials for participating clients. The company is working with logistics partners and end-users to scale the programme across geographies and application segments.
